This page explains what Ladder Pickleball stores, why, and who handles it.
What we store
- Organizers: name, email, and sign-in history. You sign in with a code sent to your email; there are no passwords.
- Players (entered by their league's organizers): name, the short name printed on score sheets, email if given, ladder rating, and the scores and standings from each session.
- Sign-up details: your league's name, location, expected size, and how you heard about us.
- Email delivery: whether each results email was delivered or bounced, so organizers can fix bad addresses.
How we use it
- To run your league: courts, score sheets, standings, and results emails to your players.
- To sign you in and keep your league private to its organizers.
- We don't sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Who handles it
We use a few service providers to run the app: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (sending email). They process data only to provide those services.
Who can see it
- A league's organizers see that league's players and results. Players don't have accounts.
- Each results email goes to one player and shows that league's standings. Players never see each other's email addresses.
Your choices
Organizers can edit or archive players at any time. In Settings, a league's owner can delete the league and everything in it, and any organizer can delete their own account and email. Players who want their information removed can ask their organizer, or reply to any email from Ladder Pickleball and we'll take care of it.
